With approximately 320 wrestlers, this year's camp boasts the largest
number of campers in Cobber Wrestling history. Atendees represent 30
teams from South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota.
Concordia Coach Clay Nagel has assembled an impressive team of
clinicians including numerous NCAA All-Americans, Big Ten Champions,
and college coaches from around the region.
Throughout the camp, wrestlers are exposed to a wide array of
techniques, and then prompted to utilize what they've learned in team
duals. Aside from technique sessions and duals, campers are also
competing in the Iron Man competition, a week-long test of physical
strength and endurance.
The camp runs from Sunday to Thursday, with each team getting seven duals by week's end.
