Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports

MN/USA Wrestling is responsible for proper implementation of this new legislation that went into effect for all youth sports September 1, 2011.

Concussion Education: MN/USA Wrestling recommends that every youth wrestler and parent should successfully complete the Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports course. This course along with other resources can be accessed at: http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUP/youth.html

Coaches and Officials: All coaches and officials must complete online concussion training. Documentation of completion will be required before a coach’s pass will be issued at any MN/USA State event.
