New Rumble Bees Wrestling Club offering free practices all September

Former U.S. World Team member Jake Clark is offering some free training opportunities for youth wrestlers in the south Metro area.

“I’m in the process of starting up a wrestling club out of Burnsville High School and have brought in a few of the senior level Minnesota Storm Greco guys, who are training with the Minnesota Regional Training Center, to help coach,” said Clark.

“We are offering free practices all September to any wrestlers that brings in a donation of used wrestling shoes, wrestling t-shirts, wrestling shorts, jump ropes, or other wrestling gear and equipment.

Wrestling donations will be sent to the Federated States of Micronesia to be given to the Chuuk Wrestling Organization as a gift from the Rumble Bees Wrestling Club and the Minnesota wrestling community to help build the sport of wrestling there. Clark has spent time working with the Chuuk Wrestling Organization in Micronesia in the past and plans to return in the near future.

Rumble Bees Wrestling Club Practices are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8 pm at Burnsville High School.
