Biting accusation costs Totino-Grace in Class 2A quarterfinal

Fifth-seeded Kasson-Mantorville rallied to beat No. 4 Totino-Grace 33-25 after a bizarre turn of events during their Class 2A quarterfinal match at the high school wrestling state tournament Thursday at the Xcel Energy Center.
