Increases Coverage of Minnesota State High School Wrestling Tournament

For the past five years, fans that could not attend the Minnesota State Wrestling Tournament in person had only been able to watch wrestlers and teams that qualified for the championship semifinals and finals. This year every match wrestled at the State Tournament will be live streamed on

The MSHSL approved the increase in coverage in an effort to reward and showcase more hard-working student-athletes.

“There are eight mats that run matches simultaneously during the state tournament, so a lot of planning and cooperation among the wrestling community was needed to cover all 1,512 matches that will be wrestled over the three-day tournament,” said Producer of the live stream Lance Hughes. “It’s really the dedicated people within the wrestling community that are willing to give their time to the sport, so students get more well-deserved recognition, who are making this increased coverage possible.”

GrandStadium, which is the company that produces live streams for the Minnesota State High School League events on, is working with The Guillotine and their community of fans to help make the live stream experience of the State High School Wrestling Tournament a success.

The cost to view the live stream coverage is $4.97 per day. Fans can access the action directly at or visit The Guillotine’s 2015 High School Tournament Time Page for links.
