Huwe eyeing school history

There was nothing fun about the Minnesota Class 2A state wrestling tournament for James Huwe last season. With the weight of attempting to do something that had never been done in Detroit Lakes High School history on his broad shoulders, the state meet was business.

“You’re supposed to get down here and you’re supposed to wrestle for fun, but when you’re trying to do something I’m trying to do, there’s a whole lot of pressure on you,” Huwe said at the meet last season. “You have to stay composed and do what you need to do.
