2 times a champ: Owatonna’s Moen wins first state title; Robb claims second crown

ST. PAUL — There is something familiar about the state tournament to Brandon Moen.

But this is new — and thrilling.

Poised to earn his first blue ribbon after coming up short the last four years, Moen climbed the peak at 195 pounds on Saturday and stands atop the Minnesota wrestling mountain as Class AAA state champion.
