MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling program has announced its 2016 summer camp dates. The camps will be held on July 6-8 at Nemzek Fieldhouse.
The camps are open to athletes entering grades 3-12.
Wrestlers will develop their skills in folkstyle wrestling, concentrating on the top, bottom, and neutral positions. Wrestlers will learn basic and advanced techniques which include takedowns, pins, nearfalls, escapes, reversals, riding and counter offense. These steps will be taught in progression.
