RCTC’s Bradford second at nationals

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — Rochester Community and Technical College sophomore Brett Bradford finished second overall Saturday in the 157-pound class of the NJCAA National Wrestling Championships at Mid-America Center.

Bradford, a Byron High School graduate, lost by major decision (13-0) in the championship to No. 1-ranked Dayton Racer of Iowa Central. Bradford was ranked No. 2. Racer is a former Apple Valley star.
