Ream No. 1 at 157 Pounds as Big 12 Wrestling Championship Pre-Seeds Announced

IRVING, Texas – Pre-seeding for the 2018 Big 12 Wrestling Championship, set for March 3-4 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, was announced Monday, Feb. 26, by the conference office. Oklahoma State and Northern Iowa each have three top-seeded wrestlers, Wyoming has two, and North Dakota State and South Dakota State each have one in the top spot.

ndsulogoNorth Dakota State 157-pound senior Clay Ream (21-3 overall) is No. 1 in his weight class, while 165 Andrew Fogarty is No. 4 and 285 Dan Stibral is No. 5, respectively. Ream was runner-up at 157 pounds in the 2017 Big 12 Wrestling Championships and third at 149 in the 2016 tournament. Fogarty was sixth at 165 pounds in 2017.
