MANHEIM, Pa.—North Dakota State moved up to No. 19 in the National Wrestling Coaches Top 25 Poll released Nov. 20, while four Bison wrestlers are ranked nationally by several websites. NDSU is also ranked No. 22 by InterMat.com, tied for No. 37 by TrackWrestling.com with 4.5 points and tied for No. 39 with 3 points in the WIN Magazine Tournament Power Index.
Individually, 133-pounder Cam Sykora (7-0, 3-0 duals) is ranked No. 14 by TrackWrestling.com, No. 15 by FloWrestling.org and WIN, No. 17 by TheOpenMat.com, and No. 19 by InterMat.com. Sykora, who has three tech falls so far, won his Roadrunner Open weight class on Sunday.
NDSU 165 Andrew Fogarty (7-0, 3-0 duals) is ranked No. 11 by FloWrestling.org, No. 12 by TheOpenMat.com, No. 13 by WIN, No. 16 by InterMat.com, and No. 19 by TrackWrestling.com. Fogarty was runner-up at the Roadrunner Open 165.
Also on the TrackWrestling.com lists are 125 Brent Fleetwood (7-0, 3-0 duals) and 285 Brandon Metz (5-2, 1-2 duals). Both Fleetwood and Metz won Roadrunner Open titles last weekend.
