Three NDSU Wrestlers Ranked, Bison Receive Votes toward NWCA Coaches Top 25 Poll

MANHEIM, Pa. — North Dakota State received votes toward the final regular season NWCA Division I Wrestling Coaches Poll released Feb. 26. The Bison were No. 25 on the WIN Wrestling Magazine Dual list and No. 29 in the WIN Tournament Power Index (TPI) with eight points. NDSU was tied for No. 36 with four points in the rankings.

North Dakota State (10-6, 5-4 #Big12WR) will send 10 wrestlers to compete at the Big 12 Championships scheduled for March 9-10 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla. NDSU’s lineup includes No. 8-ranked 125 Brent Fleetwood (21-3), No. 18-ranked 165 Andrew Fogarty (17-3), who was Big 12 runner-up in 2018, and No. 18-ranked 133 Cam Sykora (19-6), who placed third, and 197 Cordell Eaton (17-8), who was sixth, at the 2017 Big 12 tournament.

All-session tickets for the 2019 Big 12 Wrestling Championship can be purchased through TicketMaster or the Big 12 Wrestling Championship page, with tickets starting as low as $11 for general admission single-session seats to $97 all-session club reserved seats. Additional fees may apply.

The Bison had three wrestlers ranked individually by several web sites.
