Cael Bartels of Chatfield has committed to wrestling for Rochester Community and Technical College in 2020-21.
Bartels is a two-time state placewinner. He was the Class A 113-pound third-place finisher in 2020. Bartels placed fifth at 113 pounds as a junior.
He is projected to wrestle at 125 pounds for the Yellowjackets.
