Josh Piechowski of Stillwater Area has committed to wrestling for Minnesota State University Mankato next season.
Piechowski is a two-time state placewinner. He finished sixth at 195 pounds in 2020 in Class AAA as a senior and he placed fifth at 182 pounds as a junior. Piechowski was a state qualifier at 170 pounds as a sophomore. He finished his high school career with a 138-68 record, including 71 pins.
Piechowski is projected to wrestle at 197 pounds for the Mavericks.
