Mason Smid of Blackduck/Cass Lake-Bena has committed to wrestling for Rochester Community and Technical College next season.
Smid is a two-time state placewinner. He finished third at 182 pounds in 2020 in Class A as a senior. He placed fifth at 182 pounds as a junior.
Smid is projected to wrestle at 184 or 197 pounds for the Yellowjackets.
