Bison Add Three Road Dates to Schedule

Home Dual With South Dakota State Moved to Feb. 7

FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State’s 2020-21 wrestling schedule has been completed with the addition of three road dates and a few adjustments to the previously announced home slate.

NDSU will still open at home on Sunday, Jan. 3, but start times have been moved up to 10 a.m. against Oregon State and noon against Missouri to accommodate team travel schedules. The four-team event will feature two mats with South Dakota State also wrestling both opponents.

North Dakota State’s second home date has been moved back one day to Sunday, Feb. 7. The Bison will host South Dakota State in the Border Bell match at 11 a.m. followed by Iowa State at 1 p.m. The Jackrabbits and Cyclones will meet at 3 p.m.

NDSU’s originally scheduled Feb. 20 home dual with SDSU has been canceled. Tickets for the Jan. 3 and Feb. 7 home duals go on sale Monday, Dec. 28.

After the home opener Jan. 3, the Bison will make their first road trip to Brookings, S.D., on Sunday, Jan. 10, for a pair of duals against South Dakota State at 2 p.m. and Northern Iowa at 4 p.m.

North Dakota State is scheduled to travel to San Luis Obispo, Calif., to wrestle four duals on Sunday, Jan. 24, against Fresno State, California Baptist, Cal Poly, and Little Rock beginning at 10 a.m. PT.

NDSU closes out the regular season Saturday, Feb. 13, in Brookings against Utah Valley at 11 a.m. and Air Force at 1 p.m.
