Joey Johnson of Shakopee has committed to wrestling for University of Wisconsin-La Crosse following his senior season.
Johnson is a three-time state qualifier. He was the Class AAA 195-pound third-place finisher in 2020 as a junior. As a sophomore, Johnson placed fourth at 195 pounds.
Johnson is projected to wrestle at 197 pounds for the Eagles.
