ST. CLOUD, MINN. – St. Cloud State University head wrestling coach Steve Costanzo announced the addition of one more student-athlete to an already strong 2021 recruiting class. Mac Copeland (Bennett, Colo.) has signed a National Letter of Intent with the Huskies.
“Mac is a highly decorated student-athlete coming in from the state of Colorado,” Costanzo said. “He comes from a long list of brothers who wrestled and competed at the college level. I believe Mac has the potential to really excel at this level and we will look for him to make a huge impact for the Huskies.”
Along with Copeland, seven additional stand-outs have announced their intentions to continue their education at SCSU next fall: Augustus Donovan (Richland Center, WI), Anthony Herrera (Stansbury Park, UT), Blake Cushing (Grand Island, NE), Isaac Grams (Bloomington, MN), Matt Hogue (Stillwater, MN), Tyson Meyer (Glenwood, MN) and Nicholas Novak (New Prague, MN). All have signed with Huskies wrestling earlier this past year.
