Grand Rapids, Minn. – A three-event home schedule and 11 regular season dates are part of the 2021-22 Itasca wrestling schedule.
The Vikings open their season in November with a pair of open tournaments – the Cobber Open in Moorhead on Nov. 6 and the Bison Open in Fargo on Nov. 13.
The home debut of the 2021-22 squad has Itasca hosting Hastings College (NE) and St. John’s for a triangular on Dec. 12.
Itasca also competes at home in a dual tournament that includesUW-Lakeland, University of Jamestown (ND), Bryant & Stratton CC, and Triton CC on Jan. 8 and the MCAC Conference Duals against Rochester CTC, Minnesota West CTC, Northland CTC, and Ridgewater CC on Jan. 12.
The NJCAA National Qualifier is Feb. 20 in Willmar and the NJCAA National Championships is Mar. 4-5 is in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
