“Antony comes from a great high school program and a great club. He was raised to be hard-working, respectful, and determined. We are extremely excited to have Antony on board at RCTC as he is a high-level wrestler with big goals. He will help us build the culture we are looking for at RCTC and we expect him to be a national title contender. Tuttle could be 174-197 but we expect him to settle in at 184.”
Landon Gode – Long-Prairie/Grey Eagle/Browerville
- 3x State Placer (3rd, 2nd, 2nd)
- 2x Team State Champions

- Brother Mason wrestles at NDSU
“Landon is a really good athlete with a strong desire to win. He comes from a wrestling family in a good wrestling town. He had a very successful high school career and we love that he is not satisfied. As good as Landon is we see the potential in him to jump levels here and finish on top of the podium. Look for Gode to tear things up at 149/157 for the Yellowjackets.”
Jared Harter – Bristol, TN
- 2x State Placer (3rd, 5th)
- Transfer from King College
“Jared has a tough grinding style of wrestling. He will bring some great experience into our room. We expect Jared to be a leader in our program and fight for a spot in the middle of our lineup.”
Nate Beberg – Andover HS
Academic Interest: Nursing
- State Placer 220AAA 3rd Place
“Nate is a very good Student-Athlete. He will contend for a spot at Hwt. Nate is long, strong, and athletic. He has a knack for pinning guys which will make him an asset, especially at the bigger tournaments for us.”
Cash Sixberry – Big Lake
- 2x MSHSL Placer (5th and 5th)
- 9th Grade State Tournament (5th)
“Cash is a little hammer that will be a career 125 for us. He is really strong and loves to go for the fall. Sixberry comes from a very respected Big Lake program and joins fellow alum Rocco Visci in our lineup. There are some key areas we look at helping Cash improve in and believe within a year or two he will be battling for All-American honors.”
McCoy Tekautz – Lewiston-Altura/Rushford-Peterson (Class of 2017)
Verbally Stated Plans to Attend RCTC
- 2x State Placer (3rd and 4th)
- 1 Year at Iowa Central Junior College
“McCoy is a tough scrapper from Southern Minnesota. He has a little bit of an unorthodox style and wrestles through every position. He will be very competitive for us at either 157 or 165 with expectations of him capping his career off on the podium.”
Braden Thom – Long Prairie-Grey Eagle-Browerville
- 3x State Qualifer;
- 2x State Placer (4th and 4th)
- 2x Team State Champions
“Braden is a good scrambler and pinner. He is always in shape and ready to go hard. Braden has had good success in high school but we like him because we know he is a coachable athlete and eager to keep improving. Look for him to be in the mix for us at 133/141.”
YJ Evillard – Owatonna
- 1x Individual State Qualifier
- 2x Team State Place Winner at Owatonna
“YJ is an athletic wrestler who is pretty comfortable in most positions. He has experience wrestling all styles and doesn’t shy away from competition. He is looking to prove himself at the next level. Keep an eye out for YJ at 157/165 for us next season.”
Jackson McCormick – Black River Falls, WI
“Jackson is a pretty long, athletic, and technical wrestler. He has beaten quite a few state place winners over the last couple of years. Training at a very good LAW Club, Jackson has a chip on his shoulder and is ready to make a run at his goals. Jackson narrowly missed the state tournament each of the last two years sitting in a very tough section. He is a very tough underrated wrestler and we are excited to get to work with him. Look for Jackson at 141/149 lbs.”
Jake Thompson – Byron
Academic Interest: Law Enforcement
- 3x State Qualifier
- 2 Sport Athlete Wrestling/Football
“Jake is a great young man. His work ethic and focus are second to none. He has been a three-time state qualifier while only wrestling 6 months out of the year. These next two years with Jake focusing on wrestling and the weight room he will undoubtedly be a consistent force for our team. Jake joins fellow Byron alum Mitchel Peterson and Austin Freerksen on our roster. Look for Jake at 133/141/149.”
Martin Prieto – Plainview-Elgin-Millville
- State Placer 220AA (5th)
“Martin is an awesome hard-working, and tough dude. He continues to show improvement and drive for his goals. He will be a great leader in our room and a reliable big guy. He is the type of guy we want at RCTC. Look for him to contend for starting spot at 184/197.”
Austin Freerksen – Byron (Class of 2021)
- State Placer (3rd) at182AA
- College Football Experience
“Austin is a strong, athletic upper weight. He has the talent to play two sports at the collegiate level. With him coming into a good room and focusing just on wrestling for a year there is a ton of upside with Austin. I would say he is a dark horse to not only earn a starting spot but All-American honors as well.”
Lathan Wilson – Austin

- State Qualifier
- 3 Sport Athlete
“Lathan is a strong 125/133 with lots of potential. He wrestles hard and stays in good position. We think Lathan will improve quickly in our room with lots of solid partners. We are excited to get Lathan in our room.”
