Mavericks Ranked 20th in NWCA Poll

MANKATO, Minn. – The Minnesota State men’s wrestling team has been ranked 20th, tied with Northern State, in the most recent edition of the National Wrestling Coaches Association Poll.

MSU was also ranked 18th in the previous rankings.

The Mavericks are one of six NSIC teams ranked in the top-25. St. Cloud State is ranked first in the poll with 82 total points. Upper Iowa and Minot State are receiving votes.

Senior Darrell Mason has been ranked the No. 1 in the 285 lbs. weight class.

NWCA NCAA DII Rankings

Minnesota State continues its nonconference schedule on the road on December 17th in Phoenix, Arizona.
