SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–The Augustana wrestling team wraps up the 2022-23 dual season on Thursday night, hosting the No. 20 Northern State Wolves for an NSIC clash. The event is slated for 7 p.m. and the Vikings will be celebrating their seniors prior to the start of the dual.

The Wolves
Northern State is 9-4 overall and 4-3 in NSIC dual action. NSU defeated MSU Moorhead in a conference dual last Thursday night, 29-8.
The Wolves hold a national team ranking at No. 20 with two individually ranked wrestlers. Wyatt Turnquist is ranked 11th at 149 pounds and Cole Huss is ranked second at 197 pounds.
Northern State is 2-27 all-time against the Vikings. Last year, Augustana traveled to Aberdeen, South Dakota, and defeated NSU 23-12.
The Vikings
Augustana holds an overall record of 9-10 and an NSIC record of 4-4. The Vikings are entering the Thursday contest after splitting the weekend at home in their last matchups. AU fell to No. 14 UMary on Friday before defeating (RV) Minnesota State on Saturday night.
Augustana is nationally ranked at No. 14 in the latest NWCA Top-25 poll. Six Vikings are individually ranked: Jaxson Rohman (No. 8 at 125 pounds), Jack Huffman (No. 12 at 133 pounds), Miles Fitzgerald (No. 10 at 157 pounds), Tyler Wagener (No. 6 at 165 pounds), Kolby Kost (No. 7 at 174 pounds) and Cade Mueller (No. 10 at 184 pounds).
