2023 USA Wrestling Senior Freestyle Open results. April 27-28 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Champions earned a spot in Final X in Newark, New Jersey, on June 10. The top seven placewinners in each weight qualify for the World Team Trials Challenge in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on May 20-21. Only weights where there isn’t a 2022 Senior World medalist already qualified for Final X will be contested at the World Team Trials Challenge.
