Devin Carter of Tracy-Milroy-Balaton has committed to wrestling for Southwest Minnesota State University following his upcoming senior season.
Carter is a two-time state finalist, winning the Class A 126-pound title in 2023 as a junior. He was runner-up in 2022 as a sophomore at 120 pounds.
Carter is projected to wrestle at 133 pounds for the Mustangs.
