Aspen Blasko of Forest Lake has committed to wrestling for the new Grand Valley State University Program following her upcoming senior season.
Blasko is a two-time MSHSL state champion. She won the 114-pound title in 2023 as a junior and the 107-pound title in 2022 as a sophomore.
Blasko is a four-time Fargo All-American. As a USA Wrestling Junior, she was a finalist in 2022 and she placed seventh in 2023. At the 16U level, Blasko placed fifth in 2022 and in 2021.
Blasko is projected to wrestle at 109 or 116 pounds for the Lakers.
