College Recruiting: state placewinner Schuh to Saint John’s University

Alexander Schuh of Tracy-Milroy-Balaton has committed to wrestling for Saint John’s University next season.

Schuh is a two-time state qualifier for the Panthers. As a senior, he was the Class A 145-pound sixth-place finisher in 2024. He was also a state qualifier at 145 pounds as a junior. Schuh was a section third-place finisher as a sophomore and he placed third at super-sections as a freshman. Schuh finished his high school career with a 170-65 record, including 89 pins.

Schuh is projected to wrestle at 149 or 157 pounds for the Johnnies.
