MWCA Wrestling Academic Team Award Deadline Reminder

The criteria for this award are listed below. A team champion is declared for each class.

Academic Team Award Nomination – February 10th Deadline

1. The Head Coach must be a member in good standing with the MWCA.
2. The award is based upon the top ten wrestlers’ grade point averages of your postseason squad. This squad would be the 20 wrestlers that make up your section team tournament roster.
3. If your squad does not have 20 wrestlers, you still need to use the top 10 from your squad.
4. Wrestlers in grades 9‐12 only are eligible.
5. The grades must be based upon the 4.0 scale (No Weighted Grading). The GPA must be cumulative.
