Brayton Lee loomed large as one of the final athletes to make his college commitment. Today, the nation’s top-ranked 152-pounder signed his national letter of intent with the Minnesota Gophers.
Lee cements a very strong recruiting class for Brandon Eggum and his coaching staff. Joining him in Minneapolis are consensus No. 1 recruit Gable Steveson, Fargo champ Patrick McKee (No. 2 at 120), Super 32 champ Ryan Thomas (No. 6 at 160), and fellow Indiana native Kasper McIntosh (No. 8 at 145). A new 2018 Big Board is dropping Wednesday, but currently, the Gophers have four Top-100 recruits.
