Participant::Chatfield vs Holdingford
107 6-0 Chat. Bonus
113 4-0 “”
121 5-0 “”
127 5-0 “”
133 3-0 possibly bonus
139 0-3 toss up
145 3-0
152 4-0
160 0-6 Patrick
172 0-6 Boek.
189 0-6 Bark.
215 3-0 possibly bonus, Boelter vs Haren
hwt. 0-3 tossup. Lichy
33-24 Chatfield that’s giving you both tossups. Now both teams could move guys to try and get an advantage so it’s not perfect. But my guess is if Holdinford bumps so would Chatfield.

Believe Schmid has beaten Moritz. Not sure who he ticked off to not be ranked this year he only has two losses and has had a heck of a season. He’d beat the 5-10 ranked wrestlers and likely also beat Brunkow. I wouldn’t be surprised if Moritz went 114.
Beat him twice in the same tournament

Participant::Is Patrick going back up to 160? I know he has weighed in quite a bit few times for sure at 152. Assuming he is at 160, I certainly wouldn’t count Chase Whitney out of the race for top 2, not sure if him and Lane Patrick have wrestled or not. Whitney had a 7-5 match with Carlson at Jackhammer.
Also, have Leners and Lichy wrestled this year? If they haven’t, I might lean Lichy for that HWT spot.

Participant::lol… uhhh maybe just look at big buck… didn’t have to do a bunch of digging.. Neisen just wrestled 158 for who’s #1. Bjerga just wrestled 138 at super 32. Carlson is listed at 180 for football…. Headly is probably HVY. Also, pretty sure Carlson beat Whitney twice last year. So I’m guessing….
neisen 52carlson 72
cossentine 89
tabat 215
headly HVY.
they all win their section. Maybe niesen goes down if Bjerga goes 39 - October 27, 2026 at 9:55 pm #175352
Yep
Participant::Also Garrett just wrestled super 32 at 20. Fairly certain if he could make 14 he would. So Garrett will probably be 121. Hate to break it to the rest of section 7 but SM is probably still going to rule the roost for 2 more years. That also doesn’t include if they can’t get the Tappes to come out again. IMO section winners undisputed will be:
Bjerga
kramer
Bjerga
Neisen
cossentine
tabat
Headly
could win : 107 (not sure who anyone has)
carlson – it’ll be a match

Participant::Well, if Martin would’ve come 30 miles south like he was rumored to they’d would’ve had Martin @160. Adding a legit state finalist probably. And if that kid from LP would’ve transferred to SM instead of Sartell. He’s probably another finalist. But they didn’t.
SM will be good this year, it’ll probably just be matchup dependent. Their schedule is probably the toughest in the state besides STMA. my guess is they’ll actually have to coach this year with the lineup. The last 2 years they’ve basically been set and forget. Now you’ll probably have kids double weighing at some weights and playing matchups.

Who supposedly transferred to Sartell?
